Return Policy for The Trendy Closet
30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return Contact info@thetrendycloset.com. Returns must be sent to: 11522 Kingford Court, Montgomery, Texas 77316, United States. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. A return shipping label and instructions will be provided if your return is approved.
Damages and Issues Please inspect items upon arrival and report defects, damages, or incorrect items promptly to info@thetrendycloset.com for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items Returns are not accepted for perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, or gift cards. Contact us with questions regarding specific items.
Exchanges Return items first, and upon approval, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days, provided items meet the original condition requirements.
Refunds You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If your refund hasn't posted after 15 business days, contact info@thetrendycloset.com.
